Love Letter from God
I LOVE YOU.
My precious child whom I created:
Stop right there and think about that ~ I CREATED you. I created YOU!
That truth alone should be enough for you to know the depth of My love for you. I so desperately wanted you to be here that I "knit you in your mother's womb". Psalm 139:13
YOU ARE NOT AN ACCIDENT - I created you out of my infinite love for you! Believe this truth ~ I'm a child of God, yes I am!
Just so you know, I do see the hard that you are going through right now. I see your aching heart, I see the tears falling, I know you're broken. My child, earth was not created to be Heaven. The fall in the Garden brought sin, pain, and turmoil. Can I stop it all - yes; but, that would be forcing you to love Me instead of you choosing to love Me, to trust Me. I have not abandoned you ~ My mercies are new each morning; My compassions will never fail you; because of My love for you, you will not be consumed; I will be your portion; I will be your hope! Lamentations 3:21 - 24
Remember the other day when you were really struggling and you happened to leave the radio on and the song "Hold On" by Katy Nichole happened to be playing . . . That was Me loving you. Let Me love you through this ~
YOU ARE NOT ALONE - I am walking with you each painful step of the journey. Look for Me . . .
When I created you, I knew high school was going to be rough ~ so I sent you six precious friends from college that pray for you and your family, two adoring aunts who have supported you, and two ladies in your Bible study to mentor and love you ~ you are not alone. I knew marrying a man with four kiddos at twenty-two was going to be hard for a bit ~ so I sent you a mother who taught you how to keep a house, grandparents that loved on you like no other, and a Christian husband that helped you grow in your walk with Me. So you see . . .
I SENT YOU BLESSINGS FOR THE JOURNEY. I already knew the difficulties you would face and orchestrated sweet gifts along your path.
Stop looking for My love in an affliction-free life on earth - My love is in the middle of this storm. Stop expecting everyone to love and adore you - that's MY job! Stop wishing things were different - less stressful, less painful, less just plain HARD! Start looking for My blessings, My gifts, My love. I am working through your trouble on earth to "achieve for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all". II Corinthians 4:16 - 18
I AM ~ I will make sense of this pain.
You are not able to understand My love, My grace, My ways. Don't waste energy trying to figure out the why's of your journey ~ just reach up and grab My hand and let Me lead ~ in time, when I know you are ready, it will make sense.
I AM ABLE ~ and that, My precious child whom I created, is enough.
Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen. Ephesians 3:20-21
I LOVE YOU ~ live in that truth today!
